John I. Dunn

In addition to his law degree, Attorney Dunn was also a certified public accountant with experience in the tax department of a major international accounting firm. Consequently, his practice involved areas where federal taxation was pertinent. In his representation of business entities, attorney Dunn assisted in their formation, operation and transfer of businesses. He also had a large practice in estate planning and administration and was involved in representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing agencies.
