Attorney Wallen's practice involves the representation of parties in the general areas of health care law, estates (planning and administration), guardianships, elder care law, business succession planning, corporate law, nonprofit corporations law, and employee benefits plans. His expertise as a Certified Public Accountant is especially pertinent where issues of federal and state taxation are involved, including sales tax issues, corporate and individual taxation, Section 1031 Deferred Exchanges and other tax related issues.
