Attorney Quinn chairs the Litigation Division, and he practices exclusively in civil litigation. A considerable portion of his practice is devoted to the defense of medical malpractice cases for physicians and hospitals. He is also involved in the defense of other forms of civil litigation including personal injury cases, commercial litigation, products liability cases, civil rights litigation and employment litigation. Attorney Quinn also provides advice regarding risk management strategies in the health care setting.
