During his twenty-five years in practice, Attorney
McCandless has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation
matters, including personal injury, dangerous products, work place
injuries, professional negligence, fire subrogation, contract and
insurance litigation (including “bad faith” cases). He is admitted to
practice before all state courts, the United States District Court for the
Western District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and
has appeared in state and federal courts in Ohio and New York as well. He
is a member of the Pennsylvania and Erie County Bar Associations, the
American and Northwestern Pennsylvania Inns of Court, and the Pennsylvania
and American Trial Lawyers Associations.
