Attorney Blakely's practice involves the representation of parties in the general areas of real estate, estate planning and administration, business planning and municipal law. In real estate, particular emphasis is placed upon representation of (1) real estate mortgage lenders, (2) buyers and sellers of residential real property and (3) commercial lenders. A substantial portion of his practice is also devoted to representation of municipal authorities relating to urban redevelopment and municipal utilities.
