Personal Injury FAQ's	Personal Injury Practice Overview The Quinn Law Firm has been representing people in Northwestern Pennsylvania for over 80 years. During that time, we have helped a number of our clients through difficult times following personal injury or even the loss of a family member as a result of somebody else's negligence. While it is difficult to fully compensate anyone for the pain, suffering, aggravation and loss that follows an accident, having good legal counsel and knowing your rights can make all the difference in the world. If you or someone in you family has been injured and feel that someone else is at fault, you may be entitled to compensation for your injury and any financial loss you suffered because of the injury. Our attorneys have a broad range of experience in handling personal injury and wrongful death/survival claims and would be pleased to meet with you to discuss your case, free of charge. Most of these claims are handled on a contingent fee. In other words, you don't pay for legal services unless we are succesful in helping you win or settle your case and, even then, our fees are capped at a straight percentage agreed upon at the beginning of our representation. There are, however, "out-of-pocket" expenses you may be responsible for regardless of outcome, including but not limited to postage, long distance charges, photocopies and (if required) out-of-town travel. We are happy to represent clients in cases of personal injury, negligence, and many areas of professional malpractice, including dental claims. However, because of our representation of various physicians, hospitals and health care facilities in Northwestern Pennsylvania, we do not accept representation of individuals in medical malpractice or negligence actions against physicians, hospitals or health care facilities.
