Estate Planning and Administration

Practice Overview
The Quinn Law Firm has an extensive practice in estate planning and administration. We prepare wills, durable powers of attorney, living wills, living trusts and financial plans for clients of every walk of life. We help plan sophisticated estates with complex tax and business succession problems by utilizing buy-sell agreements, family limited partnerships, gift plans, and irrevocable life insurance trusts. Whether planning for the young couple with modest assets and minor children, elderly persons attempting to qualify for Medicaid, or high net worth individuals, the members of our department are highly experienced and qualified to assist our clients.

In the area of estate administration, we are proud to have two paralegals with sophisticated computers and software who work with our attorneys in efficiently probating estates and addressing estate tax matters. We pride ourselves on considering and addressing many post-mortem tax planning opportunities and decisions which must be made. Two of our attorneys are also CPAs, which further equips the Quinn Law Firm to provide quality services in the area of estate administration.

Whether planning or administering an estate, we work closely with our clients' accountants, trust departments, insurance advisers and other consultants, so as to benefit from the combined expertise of those other professionals serving our clients.
