Environmental Law Practice Overview The Quinn Law Firm has experienced counsel providing representation to numerous business entities, individuals and governmental units with regard to federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and policies governing the environment. Our extensive practice includes counseling regarding compliance, commenting upon legislation, representing clients in formal and informal matters before governmental entities, and litigating compliance and other matters in administrative, state and federal courts. Interfacing with the special litigation unit is often necessary, particularly when dealing with criminal matters. Our practice includes representation of governmental entities and authorities regarding sewage, water, zoning compliance, project development matters, and municipal authorities.
