Business,
Securities and Tax
Practice Overview
The Quinn Law Firm represents numerous business entities, including corporations,
professional corporations, partnerships, limited liabilities companies
and sole proprietorships. Our clients range from single owner start-up
ventures to larger entities with international operations. These clients
may draw from specific areas of expertise in the firm, covering questions
of choice of legal entity, the application of federal and state tax laws,
shareholder agreements and disputes, as well as labor and employment matters.
We regularly assist our clients in obtaining debt financing through private
lending institutions and state agencies. Additionally, we are one of the
few local firms with expertise in equity financings through private placements
and public offerings, and the securities laws enacted to regulate these
matters. Members of our other departments are always available to meet
the various legal needs of our business clients and their employees.
