Attorney Braymer is primarily a civil litigator whose principal area of concentration is environmental law.  Due to his background with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, which included counseling the Oil and Gas Management Program for the Northwest Regional Office in Meadville, he has significant experience with the numerous environmental issues associated with the recent development of the Marcellus Shale formation in Pennsylvania.  Additionally, Attorney Braymer counsels individuals and companies in all areas of environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement.  Attorney Braymer’s practice also involves representing individuals in negotiating oil and gas leases as well as oil and gas lease disputes.  He has been significantly involved in administrative proceedings, specifically those which deal with environmental law.  Attorney Braymer also dedicates of portion of his practice to domestic litigation.  Attorney Braymer provides counsel to individuals with all issues surrounding divorce, child custody, and support.  Attorney Braymer is admitted to practice before all courts under the purview of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
