Attorney McNamara concentrates primarily in health care law in the representation of acute and long-term care facilities and systems in northwestern Pennsylvania. Attorney McNamara recently concluded almost thirty years of service as a Trustee on the U.S. Deparment of Justice, Office of The U.S. Trustee's Private Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees, an appointment he has held since 1978. Related areas of practice include commercial law, business law, UCC law and real estate law. Attorney McNamara is admitted to the bars of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Commonwealth Court, Superior Court and all state judicial and administrative tribunals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
