Attorney Kuntz is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Ohio and is also a Certified Public Accountant, focusing her practice in areas where federal or state tax issues are pertinent. Ms. Kuntz devotes a large part of her practice to Estate Planning and Administration, including: Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Medical Directives and Trusts, as well as assisting estate executors with required filings, estate asset management, and distribution. Ms. Kuntz also represents business entities in their formation, operation, insolvency and transfer. Her prior work experience as an accountant and auditor make her well qualified to deal with detailed business finance and tax issues. Additionally, Attorney Kuntz’s practice includes representation of individual and business taxpayers before the IRS and other taxing agencies. She is an active member of the Erie County Bar Association.
